Note on order processing

: For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longer processing time.
Unless otherwise notified, all orders will leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days. After the product leaves the factory, it usually takes 10 to 20 business days to receive it, depending on your alternate location. You will receive a tracking number from the shipping company as soon as the product ships. This will let you know where the shipment is and how long it will take.
Please note that delivery time does not include processing time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time.
If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
Bulky items take longer to ship than smaller packages delivered by FedEx or UPS. We work with major freight forwarders.

During public holidays (working days from Monday to Friday), shipping times may be affected as manufacturers and couriers will limit operations during this period. While unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been dispatched.If you have not received tracking information within 10 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "No information currently available".
If there is no tracking information, please try again later. Rest assured, estimated shipping times are valid regardless of the updated status of the tracking site. U.S.

Taxes Please note that there are no U.S. taxes on our products. *All shipping times exclude customs clearance/customs delays. We are not responsible for any additional customs/duties that may be payable on orders outside the US.

My order was cancelled within minutes of placing it.

There may be a problem with your billing address or card information. Please double-check the billing information on the order confirmation you received. If everything is correct, please check your cart to make sure you are not trying to purchase multiples of the quantity limit shown on the product detail page. If none of these seem to be the problem, you can contact us using the link listed in the cancellation email you received from us or using our contact form. 

My order was cancelled the day after I placed it.

There may be a problem with our inventory. Although we initially thought the item was in stock, when we actually went looking for it, it was no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but recommend that you check back in a week or so. We do our best to restock as quickly as possible. 

I never get a cancellation notice in my email. Where is my order?

Whether your entire order is cancelled or a single item is cancelled, you will receive a cancellation notification in your email. If you don't receive it, please check your Trash and Junk folders. If there is nothing, please log into your buashop.com account to double check to make sure your email address is correct.
