Refund policy

Return time:

Within 30 working days after receiving the product.

Time limit for canceling an order:
After placing an order successfully, if you need to cancel the order, please contact us within 48 hours.
1. Orders cannot be cancelled 48 hours after the order is placed.
2. Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.

Product conditions under which we allow returns:
1. Includes unopened original packaging products and products that have never been used.
2. The product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.
3. The customer buys the wrong item, doesn't fit, or doesn't want the item anymore. (Order within 24 hours)

During the return and exchange period, the above conditions meet the return and exchange conditions.
In other cases or beyond the return and exchange time limit, we cannot handle the return or exchange for you.

Return process: How does a customer get a return label?
After the customer decides to return or exchange the product,
1. Please send the received product photos to Email:tripslol@elielim.com, and indicate in the email whether you need to return or exchange the product.
2. Send the product to our return and exchange address.
3. After receiving the product you sent back, we will refund or exchange it for you according to your instructions in the email.

Returns:
Refunds will be returned to the customer's original payment method, and it may also take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.

When returning an item purchased on buashop.com, any shipping charges paid on the order will not be refunded. Refunds apply only to the amount paid for the item. Any shipping charges paid for your order will not be refunded. 

When returning your item by mail, you are responsible for any postage required to return your item. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels.

 

Exchange:
We will send the new product to the customer within 2~3 working days after receiving the returned product from the customer.
New products we send usually need to be delivered within 15-25 working days.
